Q. How do I use the HardGoldCash System

A. The Process is Simple

Fill out our online form or call us at 1-866-584-GOLD to order your gold processing kit today!

Your kit will contain the following items:

1. A coded form with your unique tracking number and identifier
2. A heavy duty plastic bag
3. A pre-printed mailing label
4. An envelope for secure shipment

Place your gold items in the envelope and drop them in the mail. We’ve taken care of your postage, no matter how heavy the envelope is. (However, if your items do not fit in the envelope, please call us and we'll discuss other options.)

Q. Is your HardGoldCash Program free?

A. Yes. 100% Free.

Not only is it free, we will also insure your contents up to $100.00 as described in our Terms and Conditions

There is no obligation. If you are not satisfied with the payment, just return your check within 10 days of the date on the check and we will return your items.

Q. What if my Package containing my items gets lost?

A. Your Package is insured while traveling via the U.S.P.S. Mail.

The insurance maximum is $100.00.  Check our Terms and Conditions for details.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Customers are encouraged to insure their items themselves if they are worth more than our maximum insurance coverage.  If you believe that your gold, jewelry or other property is worth more than $100.00, we highly recommend that you insure your shipment for more (at your own expense) using any carrier that you choose.

Q. What if I’m sending valuable or bulky items?

Q. How do I know when you receive my package?

A. You can always track the status of your package and payment via our tracking system.

*Please be advised that the United States Postal Service (USPS) may take up to 7 days to deliver your package to us and to deliver our payment to you.

Q. What do you mean by payment within 24 hours?

A. We’ll send your check within 24-hours of receiving your items.

Q. What if I decide later that I want my gold returned?

A. HardGoldCash holds your items for 15 days from the date of your check.

If you are not satisfied with your payment, let us know and we’ll send your items back at your expense.

A. The gold that you send to us is recycled. We recommend that you do not send us any gold or jewelry that has sentimental value to you.
